Kinta’s textile products are partly made of cotton and denim remainders from the Philippine textile industry. With the production of textile a lot of material is unfortunately left over because of fabrication and weaving errors. Together with a local producer Kinta has thought up a beautiful and sustainable way to recycle these materials. This textile is also combined with used car inner tubes from Manila, creating functional and sturdy products.

Kinta develops these products in close cooperation with Hanna’s textile workshop in Pasig City. Hanna Blanco works as a designer and producer for local producers of bags in Manila. There is a relaxed atmosphere and she strives for good working conditions and a decent income for her twelve textile workers. They are fully aware of this and they love to work for her and are proud of their creations.
